We currently accept all digital photo formats, but we do recommend your photos be taken by a camera with at least a capability of 3 mega pixels or higher. The higher the quality or clearer the photo you provide us is, the better your WallZapper will look. Always set your camera to the HIGHEST RESOLUTION! 2. Do you have the experience and equipment to do GREAT work?Our production team has over 28 years of combined experience. We have state of the art equipment to do the best possible job. Our National Director of Production has over 15 years of sign, banner, and printing experience.
3. Will a Wall Zapper damage the wall?No. WallZappers can be removed at any time and are completely safe for walls. No glue, staples, nails or any other product are used to attach your WallZapper. EASY ON / EASY OFF and RE-USABLE.
4. What materials do you use for my Wall Zapper?We use high quality adhesive vinyl and UV based inks.
5. What kind of photos will you print?The sky is the limit. If you can think of it and give us a clear and crisp photo we can zap it. We do reserve the right not to print any photo deemed inappropriate.
6. What payment options are available?We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
7. How long will it take to get my Wall Zapper?Standard shipping time is 10-14 days via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Express shipping is available.
8. How can I check on the status of my order?You will get a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. You will receive another e-mail when your order is shipped.
9. Does Wall Zappers ship to P.O. Boxes?NO. Have your WallZapper picture shipped to a reliable alternative address.
10. What is your return policy?
WE FULLY GUARANTEE YOUR WALLZAPPER.
If we believe that the completed product is not up to our standards, then we will notify you before shipping. We will NOT ship a poor product to our customers. If you receive your WallZapper and you still aren’t happy, simply return it for a full refund.
